When I was in junior high school, I wanted to improve my piano skills and to wanted to go to music university. At that time, I think I was a slow learner but I always wanted to explore more pieces and wanted to practice very fast and complicated pieces, but my piano teacher said not yet! In my school, I saw one of my best friends was playing a piece beautifully and she recommended and introduced me her piano teacher. When I went to her teacher's house to do the first lesson, she encouraged me and accepted me as her disciple. I never forget the feeling that I found a hope and decided to practice hard and wanted to become a professional pianist like her. Her lessons were always fun and I couldn't wait every week. She made me love piano and music more and changed my life. She gave me a lot of opportunities to perform in front of the people and made me passed the audition for one of the most famous music university in Japan.
Two days ago, I received an email from her that she is going to have her recital with her friends to celebrate her 77th birthday in July. She never changes her passion and so beautiful. I still want to be like her even if I become 77 years old! She is my music hero forever! :)
